Juz came back from a dinner with my ex-BBC gal pal, Lynn. It’s been ages since we last saw each other. I think perhaps more than a year ago. Goodness! But well, she smsed me 2 nites back askin’ whether I can get her the renewal eye creme. But of course I can! duh! Hence the dinner meetup and catching up on stuffs. Lots of stories came up and news were exchanged. Had a ballistic time cracking each other up. Had dinner @ Far East’s Cahaya. Twas alright I suppose. The company was more engaging. haha 
Anyway, found out that she’s getting married sometime next year. That crazy gal.. finally settling down with the same dude she told me abt last time we met. All the best ya babe.. You’re a crazy cracker sometimes but I believe u got a good head on ur shoulders. 6 years with the dude.. all sorts of up & downs for sure.. keerraazzzzyyyy roller-coaster ride man.. sheesh.. Well, I reckon if you’re meant to be with that fella, then heck you’re meant to be. Even if you go around gallavanting the whole wide world man..

Afterwards, we headed on to Paragon (after much consideration and hoo ha!). Found out that she arranged for her guy cuzzin (turned out he’s actually her nephew!! But same age as her! haha) to meet up with us for coffee with his gf. So we ended up @ CBTL. Managed to exchange more gal gossip (yeah yeah I’m only human eh!) between us while waiting for her nephew to come. It’s funny how animated we both were in telling our own stories. She and her fiance’s rocky journey in their relationship.. and mine for the lack thereof. A relationship that is. Haha.. sighs.. And so the story goes they say.
Nephew (Azhar) came with gf (Ifah) abt 15-2o mins later. Twas around 9.30pm by then. Introductions all ard were made and then we just hit it off. All 4 of us. Really funny. Literally. The guy’s a talkative one. I mean REALLY, REALLY talkative!! He just cracked me up big time. What a hoot! The gf was a bit more relaxed but she was easy to talk to also. I guess opposites DO attract eh?? hmmm.. Lynn was being a nutcracker throughout. Still the same old wacky Lynn.. haha.. It’s a wee bit ironic coz we were never really that close before this but when we DO meet up, it’s usually a blast! Probably coz I’ve learned to open up more and to juz chill and goof off when need be. And last nite, well I truly did need some goofin’ off time! 
We finally left CBTL @ 11.40pm. Goodness how time flies when you’re having a ball. I gez the company played a part eh? Been quite a while since I last got to know some new people personally. So it was a good experience. They sent me off @ the bus stop outside Heeren. So sweet of ‘em lot. And I didn’t even have to wait long for the bus to come. *phew* Then Azhar & Ifah sent Lynn off to the mrt station. Found out later there weren’t any train service anymore. So she had to hail a cab. Ouch! There goes the ka-ching man!
Reached home nearly 12.30am. Was damn tired & sleepy but me being me, I simply had to check out JBW’s clips online for a while. Haha.. damn I’m seriously hooked on them JBW’s dance moves man! Sighs.. Only managed to doze off ard 2.30am!! Good gawd.. Wat a nite it was indeed…
